changes to my study programme

 Hi everyone!!! I hope you are fine! Today is the last blog, and we are going to talk about the changes I would make to my study programme. There are several things that I’d change, for example there are subjects that I find unnecessary. In the first year , I think the introductory branches are important, such as “color I” or “forma y espacio I” with the exception of “medios II” which I think is useless, in “medios I” we saw an introduction to photography, which I think is very useful and I would like it to have continued in that line, but in “medios II” everything we had learned was lost. Also another thing that would change would be the “CFG” that are transversal subjects of differents careers study the same subject. I don’t like it because there are always more than 200 students, and you have to do group work with many people and it’s very tedious. About the infrastructure un the faculty, I would literally change everything. It is unacceptable to this day we study under an asbes...

time travel

 Hi everyone!! I hope you are fine :) Today I'm going to talk about time travel. If I could choose, I'd love to go back to the past, specifically to mi childhood when my mother was still alive. It's hard for me to think about those times, I feel so sad because I know it's something I won't have again. However, I know that I was immensely happy and also I was very loved as a child. I would love to be 6 or 7 years old again and be able to enjoy my life back then with my mother, I'd like to feel again what it is like to be a child, and also to feel her love again, and have her physically. I would give anything to go back to that time, even if it meant having to suffer all the disease and her death again. I miss her every day of my life, but I also always treasure her in my heart, and carry her with me in everything I do. I hope someday be able to meet her again when the times comes. Until then, I will try everyday to be happy, because I know that's what she wo...

my dream job

 Hi everyone!!! I hope you're fine :) Today I'm going to talk about what kind of job I would like to have someday in the future. I'm currently studying visual arts, so I want to be an artist and develop within art world. If I'm allowed to dream, I would like to be able to create in every possible way, because I think that's how the artist really is formed. I can't imagine myself standing still in one place or job, or going one thing forever, I sincerely want to believe that I will be constantly creating and inhabiting different spaces where my art can be recognized.  It is a fact that being an artist is difficult, and even more so in Chile, so to think that there is an ideal place to be is to deceive oneself, because it doesn't exist. However, I believe in my ability to adapt and to search until I find spaces where I can belong.  What I do isn't summarized in just one discipline of arts, but my work is transdisciplinary, I can create sculptures, painting...

THE BEST HOLLIDAY EVER

  Hi everyone I hope you're fine :) Today i'm going to talk about the best vacation I ever have!!  Actually, it was my last vacation, in the winter I travel to Buenos Aires. I haven't traveled before or fly in a plane, so I was so nervous but excited at the same time. This trip was special because I went with my girlfriend, her family lives there so they received us. I met her father, and sister, and we stayed with them for 8 days.  We went to La Bombonera, Caminito, Puerto la cruz, and Obelisco, We visited so many places, I was so happy because its a beautiful city, the people there is so kind. With my girlfriend's family we went to play bowling and I've never played before, but I really enjoyed it. We ate a lot, I'm vegetarian and my girlfriend is vegan, so we have to find places with options without meat, but it wasn't dificult and we ate many good food!!!  Also we bought two books each, we were so happy. That was my best trip, I love the city and I loved...

Which country I would like to visit

  Hi everyone, I hope you're fine :) Today I'm going to talk about which country I would like to go. Honestly I always love France, especially Paris, maybe it's a cliché because I'm studying visual arts, but I don't care. When I was little, I was obsessed with the movie "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", since then I want to visit Paris, for example the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Arch of Triumph.  In the school I learn about the French Revolution, but I don't think I know so much about french culture or things like that, but for so long France was the capital of art, so obviously if I go there, I'm going to learn a lot. Offcourse I'll love to study or live there, it's a dream, I wish someday my dream will come true, but I don't know, now I'm happy here. The future is unknown, maybe I'll be surprised. Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore

 Hi everyone!!!!! Today I'm going to talk about a couple of artists that are experts in my field that is visual arts. Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore!!!! Claude Cahun is a pseudonym for Lucy Renné Matilde Schowb, born on October 25th of 1894 in Nantes, France, they were a surrealist artist, writer, sculptor and painter although they focused on photography and literature. Marcel Moore is a pseudonym for Suzanne Alberte Malherbe, born on July 19th of 1892 in Nantes too, they were a designer ilustrator and photographer. They were a couple in a romantic way, and they lived together in Paris, together they got involved in the surrealist movement and contributed to avant-grade theatrical and artistic activities.  They used gender-neutral pseudonyms and pronouns, in their writing consintently refered to themselves as "elle" "they/them", they are well know for their androgynous appearance.  Most of their work are photos, like self-portraits, in these they constantly explo...

My favorite food

 Hiiiii!!! I hope you're fine :) Today i'm going to talk about my favorite food :) I'm very excited to tell you about it. My favorite food in the world is... COMPLETOS!!!! I love completos, literaly.  A completo is a bread, with a sausage inside of it, for me the bread and the sausage have to be vegan. It has tomato cut in squares and smashed avocado, and on the top vegan mayonnaise. If you want, you can put ketchup on, too.  It can be considered a fast food, no too much nutritious, but for me it's a gift!!! Only one completo can make a bad day, the best one.  I like it because it's delicious and versatile, it can be a breakfast, a lunch, a snack, or a dinner, and always be perfect. personally, i don't think that a completo can be bad for my health, but honestly I don't eat very much, I eat it like once in a month, so maybe if I eat it every week or twice in a week that can be bad and probably hurt my stomach. So i eat completos with precaution. BUT I LOVE I...
